This season I’m pausing the usual newsletter to send my warmest wishes to each of you.
As the year comes to a close and we pause to reflect and look ahead, I want to wish you — and everyone connected to you — joy, harmony, and good health today and every day.
Keeping balance matters — now more than ever.
Take small pauses, breathe deeply, and look for moments of calm amid the busy days.
The holidays are a good time to reflect and regain energy; I encourage you to welcome that quieter rhythm when you can.
Wishing you a safe, joyful season and a healthy, harmonious new year.
Kampo for Cold and Flu
Please remember that I have a full range of Kampo herbal formulas for every stage of a cold and flu. If you get sick over the holidays and need help managing symptoms or recovering, reach out — I’ll get you sorted.
Looking for a Year-end Booking?
I will be available for my usual bookings until Friday, December 19th. As of writing this there are still some treatment times available.
I will be away from Saturday, December 20th to Sunday, January 4th. I'm back to my regular schedule on Monday, January 5th.

Giving Back to the Community
This holiday season, consider supporting local programmes that help people in Toronto thrive. If you’re able, donate through the DonateTO portal.
There are many ways to give — funds, goods, or time — to improve quality of life in our city. You can contribute to community causes and help strengthen essential services.
Visit DonateTO for details on dropping off toys or non‑perishable food, and for other ways to help.
A New Day with Beatrice
Beatrice will be adding an additional day at the Dupont Naturopathic Family Centre – now available on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Treatments are offered at a reduced rate.
Closing Reflection
Thank you for another wonderful year of working together. I’m looking forward to seeing you in the next one.
PS: Remember to spend your benefits
Use any remaining Extended Health Benefits before they expire at year‑end. Make thoughtful use of the coverage you’ve already paid for — book now if you can.
Share This Newsletter – I hope you have enjoyed this issue of my newsletter. If you know someone who might also benefit from this content, please forward it along or ask them to sign up at my website.
